WEATHER POLICY

Hey there! We get it – Oklahoma weather can be pretty unpredictable, but we’re all about keeping things fair and transparent. So, here’s the deal: if it looks like it’s going to rain, you can either reschedule or get a full refund minus the credit card surcharge – no questions asked. Pretty cool, right?

Now, we do require full payment once we’re on site, but we’ll always give you a quick text or call to check in on the weather before we head over. If it does start raining and you decide to cancel, we’ve got you covered with a rain check or refund. No worries!

Safety is always our top priority, which is why we won’t set up if the winds are over 20mph (including gusts). We want to make sure everyone has a safe and fun time. Oh, and if you decide to go for it and use the inflatable in the rain (and it’s a dry unit), just keep in mind there’ll be a $50 clean-up fee.

REFUND POLICY

We completely understand if things change and you need to go a different route. That’s no problem at all! We have a transparent refund policy that allows you to cancel at any time for a full refund minus the credit card surcharge, except if we’ve already started prepping for your event. In that case, we’ll have to keep the deposit, but we’ll make sure you’re aware of that ahead of time. 

Our main priority is to create an amazing event for you that’s completely stress-free, so we’re here to help in any way we can. As a small local business, we value happy customers over anything else, and we really appreciate you considering us. Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you!
